HOT SPRINGS- Governor Mike Beebe will address the Governor’s Aerospace Summit on Thursday, March 18th at the Hot Springs Convention Center.  The Summit will bring together  industry leaders, government officials, and educators to speak candidly about the progress and needs of the aviation and aerospace industry in Arkansas.  The Summit is organized by the Arkansas Association of Two-Year Colleges (AATYC) Aerospace Training Consortium.

The Governor’s speech, entitled “Aviation and Aerospace in Arkansas Matters,” will begin at 10 a.m.  Mr. Artee Williams, Director of the Department of Workforce Services, and Mr. William “Bill” Walker, Jr., Director of the Department of Career Education, will make opening remarks.
